Аннотация

Депрессия представляет собой независимый фактор риска развития сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, а также ухудшает течение уже имеющейся кардиологической патологии: ишемической болезни сердца, хронической сердечной недостаточности, перенесенного инсульта, артериальной гипертензии. Определены три основных психобиологических механизма, посредством которых депрессия влияет на сердечно-сосудистую систему: нарушение стрессового ответа эндокринной системы; гиперрегуляция автономной нервной системы и нарушения в иммунной системе с дисрегуляцией высвобождения белков острой фазы и провоспалительных цитокинов. В большинстве исследований у пациентов с депрессией и сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями показано, что лечение антидепрессантами приводит к улучшению симптоматики. В то же время в ряде исследований продемонстрирована обратная закономерность, ввиду чего необходимо дальнейшие проведение исследований в данном направлении с участием клиницистов-кардиологов и психиатров.
