Аннотация
Эндокринные дизрапторы — экзогенные вещества антропогенного происхождения — пестициды, гербициды, полихлорированные бифенилы, бисфенол А, полибромидные дифениловые эфиры, фталаты и др. Попадая в организм, они связываются с рецепторами гормонов и оказывают гормоноподобные эффекты, а также нарушают секрецию гормонов эндокринными железами, что приводит к нарушению гормональных механизмов эндогенной регуляции метаболических процессов, репродуктивной функции и адаптивных реакций организма, способствует возникновению различных гормонально зависимых заболеваний человека и животных.
