Аннотация
За сравнительно короткий срок липосомы превратились из простой модели, имитирующей клеточные мембраны, в объект активных научных исследований и практического применения. Универсальные свойства липосомальной лекарственной формы объясняют широкие возможности ее применения, особенно в химиотерапии рака. В обзоре рассматриваются преимущества использования липосом в качестве носителей лекарственных препаратов для селективного накопления действующих веществ в патологических очагах. Приводится описание основных типов липосом, отличающихся составом и применением in vivo: простые, стерически стабилизированные, направленные (иммунолипосомы), катионные, липосомы, чувствительные к физическим и химическим стимулам. Представлена характеристика липосомальных систем доставки противоопухолевых препаратов, разработанных в РОНЦ им. Н.Н. Блохина РАМН.
