Аннотация

В обзоре обсуждается само понятие регистр в частном применении к пациентам с острым коронарным синдромом (ОКС). Автором проводится детальный анализ литературной основы обоснования целей и задач регистров, а также их значения в клинической практике. Прослеживаются важные различия между регистрами и рандомизированными клиническими исследованиями. На примере регистров ОКС представлено влияние собранной в рамках регистров информации на формирование рекомендаций по лечению больных с ОКС.
