Нутритивная поддержка при болезнях накопления гликогена: эволюция лечения и нерешенные противоречия

Аннотация
Печеночные формы болезней накопления гликогена (БНГ) представляют собой группу заболеваний, при которых аномальное накопление или расщепление гликогена приводит к потенциально опасным для жизни гипогликемическим состояниям и метаболическим нарушениям. Применение специализированной диетотерапии с добавлением сырого кукурузного крахмала значительно улучшило результаты лечения БНГ, превратив патологию, ранее считавшуюся смертельной, в состояние, при котором люди могут чувствовать себя удовлетворительно при надлежащем уходе. Несмотря на многолетние исследования, единое мнение об оптимальном диетическом лечении БНГ отсутствует. В этой статье описана эволюция диетотерапии печеночных форм БНГ (типы 0, I, III, VI, IX и XI), представлены исторические и современные подходы к профилактике гипогликемии и связанных с ней осложнений.
