Аннотация

Окислительный стресс играет важную роль в патогенезе значительного числа заболеваний. Важными компонентами защиты клеток от окислительного стресса являются антиоксидантные ферменты, активность которых генетически детерминирована. Распределение частот аллелей и генотипов полиморфизмов генов антиоксидантных ферментов характеризуется межэтнической дифференциацией. Противоречивы  результаты исследований взаимосвязи полиморфизмов генов антиоксидантных ферментов с патологическими состояниями у представителей разных рас и этнических групп.
