Аннотация
С момента открытия вируса гепатита С в 1989 г. он является актуальной проблемой здравоохранения во всем мире. Это связано не только с широким распространением инфекции, частыми неблагоприятными исходами заболевания, отсутствием эффективных профилактических вакцин, но также с высокой генетической изменчивостью вируса. В обзоре представлены результаты филодинамических и филогеографических исследований различных популяций вируса гепатита С, позволившие охарактеризовать развитие эпидемий, установить время дивергенции гено- / субтипов вируса, определить географическое происхождение его современных эпидемических вариантов.
