ОСОБЕННОСТИ ФУНКЦИОНИРОВАНИЯ ЩИТОВИДНОЙ ЖЕЛЕЗЫ У ЛИЦ С ВИЧ-ИНФЕКЦИЕЙ

Аннотация

В статье проведен анализ современных литературных данных, посвященных особенностям функционирования щитовидной железы у лиц с ВИЧ-инфекцией, рассмотрены структура нарушений тиреоидной функции у ВИЧ – инфицированных и механизмы патогенеза этих нарушений. В структуре нарушений функции щитовидной железы преобладают гипотиреоз, эутиреоидный патологический синдром, болезнь Грейвса, для которых оппортунистические инфекции являются триггерами иммунной активации. Отмечено, что стадия синдрома приобретенного иммунодефицита сопровождается развитием воспалительных и неопластических процессов в щитовидной железе. Убедительно доказано негативное влияние высокоактивной антиретровирусной терапии у ВИЧ-инфицированных на развитие тиреоидной дисфункции, в связи с чем показана целесообразность формирования групп риска и своевременная коррекция прогнозируемых заболеваний щитовидной железы.
