Ingredients

  • ½ frozen banana.
  • 1 cup of almond milk.

  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes.

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder.
  • 2 dates or natural sweetener of your choice (optional).
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut butter.
  • 2 drops of vanilla extract.
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds.

Instructions: Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Place the chia seeds on top and let it rest for a few minutes. Makes about 1 serving.
