But you can not have too much of a  Cardio Clear 7 Review good thing unless you make sure that its not going to hurt you, we went trough a period of time in which my wife fell deeply in love with Mexican food which in my humble opinion is one of the top among the most delicious ethnic kitchens in the world, but you got to pay a lot of attention to the ingredients that you use since it calls for lots of cheese, Mexican cream and cooking oil and sometimes lard like in the case of tamale. After several months enjoying plate after plate of a full blown tour of high class Mexican cuisine its ingredients started taking a toll in my body, even do I was trying to watch the size of the portions the fat and calories where very concentrated specially in the amount of cheese and Mexican cream we where using to dress our dishes. After a regular medical check up my levels of cholesterol and triglycerides where skyrocketing compared to the previous blood tests performed during my past routine medical check ups so we as a family decide to take action and started being more careful about the ingredients used to cook those wonderful recipes and decided to substitute some of the ones that we knew where affecting us in a bad way for other ingredients that will taste similar and wont affect the end result the recipes where calling for. First of all we use skinless chicken now, and instead of using regular Mexican cream, a single portion adds 8 to 10 grams of fat and most of it saturated fat and 80 calories we now use fat free sour cream with 0 grams of fat and only 25 calories per serving, now instead of dipping the tortillas in hot corn oil we now spray olive oil and warm them in the fry pan. All you have to do is read the labels and compare options that are similar and can do the job for you without affecting your health.
