Medical developmental Longevity Activator Review  research scientists and dermatologists have collaborated to discover new ways to synthesize many of the skins natural, vital restorative substances and contain them in a new generation of topical wrinkle correction creams and serums. By penetrating beyond the skins protective dermal layer, these substances are able to interact on a cellular level with the living tissues of the dermal region in form of highly effective replacement therapy. Having dark circles under your eyes can be really frustrating. Not only is it unattractive, but it makes you feel less confident about yourself, especially in social situations. I remember having dark circles under my eyes as a result of allergies (the primary cause by the way), and being out at a bar or club and not getting any looks from the ladies. I was so embarrassed about them that I ofter didn't even bother going out. Luckily, I stumbled across a couple of tips to help you reduce the appearance of dark circles under your eyes for good. Be sure to follow these three easy tips to get rid of unwanted bags and dark circles. The first thing you should do is try to prevent them. Like I said above, the causes of dark circles and bags are many. Allergies happens to be one of the main causes, so visiting an allergist to get a skin test can help identify what your allergic to. Also, you can take an over the counter medicine like Zyrtec or Claritin to lessen the severity of your allergies, and you will see a substantial reduction in your dark circles. Another cause is lack of sleep, or interrupted sleep periods. I'm not going to write a book about how you should get better sleep, but the obvious things you can do to get better sleep include exercise, eating healthier, reduce your stress (yoga comes to mind), and making your room as dark as possible. Another tip to reduce the swelling and bags under your eyes is to use cool compresses (ice pack) and apply under the eyes for a period of 1 - 2 minutes under each eye. Repeat this step several times (about 5 total), and the swelling will reduce greatly. Another quick related tip is to bend your index finger and run the knuckle under your eye from the inside (by the top of your nose), to the outside of your eyes. Do this several times and you will see a reduced swelling. This is a very temporary fix, but it will help you in a jam.
