Interpretation of the molecular mechanisms of cell conjugating neuroinflammation and aging cells can give rise to new therapeutic strategies that are relevant to the treatment of a wide range of central nervous system diseases and the development of new experimental models of diseases of the central nervous system.</italic><italic/></p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><italic>Обсуждаются современные представления о клеточно-молекулярных механизмах нейровоспаления и старения, в частности, регуляции цитокин-продуцирующей активности клеток астроглиальной природы и реализации межклеточных взаимодействий</italic>. <italic>Ключевым компонентом феномена старения как результата неэффективной реализации противовоспалительного ответа являются процессы дизрегуляции продукции цитокинов, в частности, повышение интенсивности секреции провоспалительных цитокинов и дисбаланс в экспрессии соответствующих рецепторов и рецепторассоциированных белков.
