The use of biological </italic><italic>therapy is s</italic><italic>uitable for severe rheumatoid arthritis and promotes remission in 25</italic>–<italic>30</italic><italic>% of cases. Application biological </italic><italic>therapy </italic><italic>(as</italic><italic> anti-B cell therapy) in cases of </italic><italic>systemic lupus erythematosus</italic><italic> severe</italic><italic> forms can reduce the immuno activity level, and also leads to the regression of secondary vasculitis in lung tissue and renal parenchyma.</italic><italic> </italic><italic>The analysis of</italic><italic> drugs and principles of treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and </italic><italic>systemic lupus erythematosus</italic><italic> was done</italic><italic>. Particular attention is paid to the safety and efficacy of biological </italic><italic>agents</italic><italic> and synthetic base anti-inflammatory drugs.</italic></p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><italic>Рассматриваются проблемы инновационного лечения системных аутоиммунных заболеваний на примере ревматоидного артрита и системной красной волчанки. Проведен анализ лекарственных средств и принципов лечения ревматоидного артрита и системной красной волчанки. Применение генно-инженерных биологических препаратов целесообразно при тяжелом и быстропрогрессирующем течении ревматоидного артрита и способствует достижению ремиссии в 25</italic>–<italic>30% случаев. Использование генно-инженерных биологических препаратов (в виде анти-В-клеточной терапии) при тяжелых формах системной красной волчанки позволяет снизить уровень иммуновоспалительной активности, а также приводит к регрессу вторичного васкулита легочной ткани и почечной паренхимы.
