In majority of studies in patients with depression and cardiovascular diseases it was shown that antidepressants improve the symptoms. By the way, in some studies controversial results were obtained. Future studies in this direction with involvement of cardiologists and psychiatrists should be held.</italic></p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><italic>Д</italic><italic>епрессия представляет собой независимый фактор риска развития сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний</italic><italic>, а также ухудшает течение уже имеющейся кардиологической патологии: ишемической болезни сердца, хронической сердечной недостаточности, перенесенного инсульта, артериальной гипертензии. Определены три основных психобиологических механизма, посредством которых депрессия влияет на сердечно-сосудистую систему: нарушение стрессового ответа эндокринной системы; гиперрегуляция автономной нервной системы и нарушения в иммунной системе с дисрегуляцией высвобождения белков острой фазы и провоспалительных цитокинов. В большинстве исследований у пациентов с депрессией и сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями показано, что лечение антидепрессантами приводит к улучшению симптоматики.
