It is taped, that adolescents with cardiac balanced tone have more intensive optimization of functional brain activity in comparison with adolescents who have cardiac sympathetic tone — increase on alpha-activity and theta-activity depression in electroencephalogram structure. There were optimization of neurodynamic processes and most expressed stabilization of the hemodynamics indicators in adolescents with cardiac sympathetic tone after HRVbiofeedback training.</italic></p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><italic>Рассматривается характер изменения биоэлектрической активности головного мозга и полиграфических показателей при проведении сеан</italic><italic>сов биологической обратной связи по параметрам вариабельности сердечного ритма у подростков в возрасте 15–17 лет с различным типом</italic><italic> вегетативных влияний на активность сердечной деятельности. Выявлено, что у подростков со сбалансированным вегетативным тонусом</italic><italic> происходит более интенсивная оптимизация функциональной активности головного мозга, проявляемая в увеличении альфа- и снижении</italic><italic> тета-активности в структуре электроэнцефалограммы.
