Such approach was called transmitting medicine. Examples of the personified medicine in which biomedical researches together with the anamnesis morbi of individual patient that are responsible for treatment strategy including doses and regimens are discussed.</italic></p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><italic>Возрастающая дистанция между практическим здравоохранением и накапливающейся теоретической информацией в области биомедицинских исследований диктует необходимость профессионального контакта между врачами-клиницистами и научными работниками во многих связанных с медициной областях с целью активного переноса («трансляции») современных фундаментальных исследований, проясняющих механизмы основных метаболических процессов и их нарушений (и возможности их коррекции), к эффективной медицинской помощи конкретному пациенту, т.е. персонифицированной медицине. Такой подход получил название трансляционная медицина. В обзоре показано, как современные трансляционные исследования делают более эффективной медицинскую помощь конкретному пациенту.
