A combination of 3 or more adverse hetero - and homozygous gene alleles CYP 1A1, CYP3A4, ЕРНХ</italic><italic>1 and deletions of genes GSTM1 and GSTT1, is characterized by earlier (with the experience of work in harmful conditions up to 5 years) development, severe and unfavorable prognosis of о</italic><italic>ccupational</italic><italic> pathology of the skin.</italic></p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><italic>Изучение генов полиморфной системы биотрансформации ксенобиотиков у больных профессиональными аллергодерматозами показало достоверно высокий процент встречаемости полиморфных вариантов генов CYP1A1*2C и EPHX1 А-415G по сравнению с популяционным контролем. Сочетание 3 и более неблагоприятных гетеро- и гомозиготных аллелей генов CYP1A1, CYP3A4, ЕРНХ1 и делеций генов GSTM1 и GSTT1 характеризуется более ранним (при стаже работы во вредных условиях до 5 лет) развитием, тяжелым течением и неблагоприятным прогнозом профессиональной патологии кожи.</italic></p><p> </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>genes of polymorphic system</kwd><kwd>patients with оccupational allergodermatoses</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>гены полиморфной системы</kwd><kwd>больные профессиональными аллергодерматозами</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>1.
