Two preparations were administered to prevent pharyngeal and intestinal dysbiosis: oral dry probiotic based on indigenous intestinal Enterococci and topical collagen-immobilized Lactobacterin based on indigenous intestinal Lactobacilli. Topical autoprobiotic lactobacterin reduced the growth of opportunistic pathogens in the throat during the experiments. Oral autoprobiotic based on Enterococci reduced the content of intestinal opportunistic pathogens, supporting the high level of protecting microflora. Most of autostrains are free from pathogenicity factors, nevertheless, implementation of genetic testing of indigenous strains are reasonable.</p><p> </p>
Тем не менее, наличие небольшого числа штаммов, имеющих эти гены, доказывает целесообразность проведения предварительных генетических тестов.</p><p> </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>autostrains</kwd><kwd>autoprobiotics</kwd><kwd>altered habitat</kwd><kwd>imitation of space flight</kwd><kwd>disruption of colonization resistance</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>аутоштаммы</kwd><kwd>аутопробиотики</kwd><kwd>дисбактериоз</kwd><kwd>измененные условия обитания</kwd><kwd>имитация факторов космического полета</kwd><kwd>нарушение колонизационной резистентности</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>1.
