Thrombosis induces inflammation and immune system disruption, while inflammation leads to increased hemostasis a vascular thrombosis. Combined use of anti-inflammatory and antithrombotic drugs often leads to adverse effects, for example, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs induce gastric ulcers, aggravated by bleeding. Vascular endothelial dysfunction plays an important role in the development of thrombosis and inflammation, therefore, research and development of drugs improving endothelial function is a promising approach to preventing thrombotic events arising from inflammation or infectious disease.</p>
В патогенезе тромбоза и воспаления большое значение имеет дисфункция сосудистого эндотелия, и разработка лекарственных средств, улучшающих функции эндотелия, представляется перспективным подходом для предотвращения тромботических событий, являющихся следствием воспаления или инфекционного заболевания.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>thromboinflammation</kwd><kwd>venous thrombosis</kwd><kwd>inflammation</kwd><kwd>cardiovascular diseases</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>артериальный и венозный тромбоз</kwd><kwd>воспаление</kwd><kwd>сердечно-сосудистые заболевания</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Creel-Bulos C, Hockstein M, Amin N, et al.
