With the introduction of microsized analogues in the same doses of the morphological changes in the circulatory system, macrophage system and immune organs found predominantly in a dose of 5000 mg/kg. Changes were less significant and were presented as activation of macrophages in the liver in the form of activation of Kupffer cells, proliferation of lymphoid tissue in the spleen, lymph histiocytic infiltrates in the liver, kidney, medium size.</italic></p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><italic>Исследование морфологических особенностей тканей внутренних органов экспериментальных животных при однократном внутрижелудочном введении водной</italic> <italic>суспензии нанодисперсного оксида марганца (III, IV) в дозах 2000, 3500 и 5000 мг/кг продемонстрировало комплекс морфологических изменений в виде нарушения кровообращения вплоть до стаза крови и кровоизлияний, приводящих к изменению структуры органов, усиленному апоптозу клеток; активизацию макрофагальной системы в виде пролиферации и фагоцитоза макрофагами продуктов разрушения клеток; гипертрофию лимфоидной ткани в органах иммуногенеза и формирование лимфогистиоцитарных инфильтратов в паренхиматозных органах, органах центральной нервной системы. В случае введения микроразмерного аналога в тех же дозах морфологические изменения в системе кровообращения, макрофагальной системе и органах иммуногенеза обнаружены преимущественно при применении дозы в 5000 мг/кг.
