marrow transplantation is necessary for the treatment of hematological, autoimmune and oncological diseases. But at the moment, it is not common to carry out analytical work to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment activities of world bone marrow donor registries.</p> <p><bold>Aims</bold> — to determine quantitative indicators of the recruitment activities of world bone marrow donor registries and analyze these indicators to assess effectiveness. To determine the general trend in the number of potential bone marrow donors included in world registries.</p> <p><bold>Methods.</bold> The study used quantitative data obtained from open Internet sources. Based on the data obtained, quantitative indicators were generated and a correlation analysis was carried out.</p> <p><bold>Results.</bold> A number of countries have been identified in which the level of popularization of bone marrow donation is highly developed: Germany, USA, Brazil. The main directions of development of the most effective bone marrow donor registries from the point of view of recruitment are presented. Information is provided on the creation and development of the Russian Federal register of bone marrow donors.</p> <p><bold>Conclusions. </bold>A general trend has been identified to increase the number of donors in world bone marrow donor registries. However, despite the positive dynamics, in most countries the percentage of donors among the total population of the countries is small. This suggests the need to carry out comprehensive work to develop the donor movement in most countries.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Обоснование. </bold>Трансплантация костного мозга необходима для лечения гематологических, аутоиммунных и онкологических заболеваний. Но в данный момент не распространено проведение аналитических работ по оценке эффективности рекрутинговой деятельности мировых регистров доноров костного мозга.</p> <p><bold>Цель исследования </bold>— определить общую тенденцию численности потенциальных доноров костного мозга, включенных в мировые регистры, количественные показатели рекрутинговой деятельности мировых регистров доноров костного мозга и провести анализ этих показателей для оценки эффективности.</p> <p><bold>Методы.</bold> В исследовании были использованы количественные данные, полученные из открытых интернет-ресурсов. На основании полученных данных сформированы количественные показатели и проведен корреляционный анализ.</p> <p><bold>Результаты.</bold> Выявлен ряд стран, в которых уровень популяризации донорства костного мозга развит на высоком уровне: Германия, США, Бразилия. Представлены основные направления развития наиболее эффективных с точки зрения рекрутинга регистров доноров костного мозга. Приведена информация по созданию и развитию российского Федерального регистра доноров костного мозга.</p> <p><bold>Заключение. </bold>Определена общая тенденция по увеличению численности доноров в мировых регистрах доноров костного мозга. Однако, несмотря на положительную динамику, в большинстве стран процентная доля доноров среди общего населения стран небольшая.
