The rs6737848 SOCS5 polymorphism was significantly associated with asthma in additive model (р =0,05, OR =0,338, 95%CI 0,158</italic>–<italic>0,723) and in dominant model (р =0,02, OR =0,284, CI 0,126</italic>–<italic>0,638). None of the polymorphisms of the studied genes was associated with total IgE levels. </italic><bold><italic>Conclusions</italic></bold><italic><bold>.</bold> This is the first report on the association of rs6737848 SOCS5 with asthma.</italic></p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold><italic>Цель исследования</italic></bold><italic>: произвести анализ ассоциаций полиморфных вариантов генов регуляции иммунного ответа с бронхиальной астмой. </italic><bold><italic>Пациенты и методы</italic></bold><italic><bold>.</bold> Проанализировано 10 однонуклеотидных замен генов </italic><italic>IFNG</italic><italic> (</italic><italic>rs</italic><italic>2069705), </italic><italic>IFNGR</italic><italic>2 (rs17880053), </italic><italic>IL</italic><italic>4 (</italic><italic>rs</italic><italic>2070874), </italic><italic>IL</italic><italic>4</italic><italic>RA</italic><italic> (</italic><italic>rs</italic><italic>1805010), </italic><italic>GATA</italic><italic>3 (rs10905277), </italic><italic>TBX</italic><italic>21 (</italic><italic>rs</italic><italic>11652969), </italic><italic>PIASY</italic><italic> (</italic><italic>rs</italic><italic>3760903), </italic><italic>PIAS</italic><italic>3 (</italic><italic>rs</italic><italic>12756687), </italic><italic>STAT</italic><italic>5</italic><italic>β</italic><italic> (rs16967593), </italic><italic>SOCS</italic><italic>5 (</italic><italic>rs</italic><italic>6737848) путем полиморфизма длин рестрикционных фрагментов у 106 больных бронхиальной астмой и 115 здоровых индивидов. </italic><bold><italic>Результаты</italic></bold><italic><bold>.</bold> С помощью логистической регрессии показана ассоциация полиморфизма rs6737848 гена SOCS5 с бронхиальной астмой в аддитивной и доминантной модели (р =0,05, OR =0,338, 95% CI 0,158</italic>–<italic>0,723; р =0,02, OR =0,284, CI 0,126</italic>–<italic>0,638, соответственно).
