Children were divided into 2 groups: premature children with intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) and premature children with normal weight for their gestation age (normotrophy). </italic><bold><italic>Results</italic></bold><italic>. During checkup in supposed date of birth of children with IUGR, DPOAE was detected less than children with normotrophy and with the same gestation period. Test results in all 3 months old premature children of gestation period less than 32 weeks were significantly lower in comparison with children of another date of gestation. Results in 6 months old children with IUGR and with normotrophy were almost identical. In 17% of children with IUGR born at term gestation less than 32 weeks of auditory function is not available. Children with normotrophy from the same subgroup lack of auditory function were noted in 12% of cases. </italic><bold><italic>Conclusions</italic></bold><italic>.</italic><italic> </italic><italic>Premature children with IUGR maturing of auditory function is likely not to end in 6 months and can continue after 6 months.</italic><italic/></p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><italic><bold>Цель</bold>.</italic> <italic>Определить влияние задержки внутриутробного роста на формирование слуховой функции у недоношенных детей.</italic><italic> </italic><italic><bold>Пациенты и методы</bold>.</italic><italic> Аудиологическое обследование методом вызванной отоакустической эмиссии (ПИОАЭ) было проведено у 136 недоношенных детей, рожденных в различные сроки гестации, 3-кратно (в предполагаемый срок родов, на 3-й и 6-й мес жизни). Дети были разделены на 2 группы: недоношенные с задержкой внутриутробного роста (ЗВУР) и недоношенные с массой тела при рождении, соответствующей сроку гестации (нормотрофики). </italic><bold><italic>Результаты</italic><italic>. </italic></bold><italic>При обследовании в предполагаемый срок родов детей с ЗВУР ПИОАЭ регистрировалась реже, чем у детей-нормотрофиков аналогичного срока гестации. К</italic><italic> 3-му мес жизни результаты тестирования у всех недоношенных со сроком гестации менее 32 нед были достоверно ниже по сравнению с детьми других сроков гестации. В 6 мес жизни результаты, </italic><italic>полученные при обследовании детей с ЗВУР и нормотрофиков, практически не отличались. У 17% детей с ЗВУР, рожденных в срок гестации менее 32 нед, слуховая функция еще отсутствовала.
