Such coexistence represents a major issue due to augmentation of symptoms severity, rapid deterioration, and poor prognosis. Management of patients with AFib and CHF is challenging due to limitations in pharmacotherapy and decreased efficacy of cardiac interventions. In this review we focus on crucial pathogenic components of AFib and CHF coexistence, key treatment approaches and discuss potential for implementation of artificial intelligence.</p>
В данном обзоре выделены базовые патофизиологические механизмы, лежащие в основе сосуществования ФП и СН, обсуждены ключевые концепции ведения, а также рассмотрены перспективы использования методов искусственного интеллекта в лечении этой категории пациентов.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>atrial fibrillation</kwd><kwd>heart failure</kwd><kwd>cardiomyopathy</kwd><kwd>treatment</kwd><kwd>artificial intelligence</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>фибрилляция предсердий</kwd><kwd>сердечная недостаточность</kwd><kwd>кардиомиопатия</kwd><kwd>лечение</kwd><kwd>искусственный интеллект</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><award-group><funding-source><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="ru">Поисково-аналитическая работа выполнена за счет гранта Российского научного фонда</institution></institution-wrap></funding-source><award-id>23-75-30012</award-id></award-group></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Wijesurendra RS, Casadei B.
