According to the results of the analysis of the literature data, changes occurring at the level of cellular and humoral immunity were revealed, and the mechanisms of innate and adaptive immunity, complement systems in such pathologies of pregnancy as miscarriage, threat of termination, preeclampsia, infectious complications were described. A complex system of protection against fetal rejection is a certain regulatory factor in maintaining the immunological balance during the entire gestation period, and a violation in its work underlies the formation of complications of the early and late postpartum period, as well as neonatal pathologies.</p>
Сложно устроенная система защиты от отторжения плода является определенным регулирующим фактором в поддержании иммунологического баланса во время всего периода гестации, а нарушение в его работе лежит в основе формирования осложнений раннего и позднего послеродового периода, а также неонатальных патологий.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>pregnancy</kwd><kwd>implantation</kwd><kwd>innate immunity</kwd><kwd>trophoblast</kwd><kwd>T-lymphocytes</kwd><kwd>γδТ cells</kwd><kwd>complement system</kwd><kwd>preeclampsia</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>беременность</kwd><kwd>имплантация</kwd><kwd>врожденный иммунитет</kwd><kwd>трофобласт</kwd><kwd>Т-лимфоциты</kwd><kwd>γδT-клетки</kwd><kwd>система комплемента</kwd><kwd>преэклампсия</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Racicot K, Kwon JY.
