В структуре нарушений функции щитовидной железы преобладают гипотиреоз, эутиреоидный патологический синдром, болезнь Грейвса, для которых оппортунистические инфекции являются триггерами иммунной активации. Отмечено, что стадия синдрома приобретенного иммунодефицита сопровождается развитием воспалительных и неопластических процессов в щитовидной железе. Убедительно доказано негативное влияние высокоактивной антиретровирусной терапии у ВИЧ-инфицированных на развитие тиреоидной дисфункции, в связи с чем показана целесообразность формирования групп риска и своевременная коррекция прогнозируемых заболеваний щитовидной железы.</p><p> </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>HIV infection</kwd><kwd>thyroid gland</kwd><kwd>hypothyroidism</kwd><kwd>euthyroid pathological syndrome</kwd><kwd>highly active antiretroviral therapy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ВИЧ-инфекция</kwd><kwd>щитовидная железа</kwd><kwd>гипотиреоз</kwd><kwd>эутиреоидный патологический синдром</kwd><kwd>высоко активная антиретровирусная терапия</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>1.
