The effectiveness of methylglucamine acridonacetates in integrated treatment</italic><italic> of chronic hepatitis C, tuberculosis with HIV infection background, chronic brucellosis, arboviral diseases, including West Nile fever , as well</italic><italic> as influenza and acute respiratory infections are shown. For successful treatment of acute and chronic diseases with endogenous interferon</italic><italic> inducers should be applied as early as possible, at an average level of viremia , to enhance the effect of drugs with the directed etiotropic action and</italic><italic> immunomodulators , which achieves the optimal pharmacotherapeutic effect.</italic></p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><italic>Представлен</italic><italic>а современная классификация </italic><italic> индуктор</italic><italic>ов </italic><italic> интерферона различных химических групп, относящи</italic><italic>х</italic><italic>ся к противовирусным средствам, описан</italic><italic>ы</italic><italic> </italic><italic>механизмы синтеза</italic><italic> разных типов эндогенного интерферона в сыворотке крови.
