The clinical, laboratory and diagnostic data were analyzed and determined levels of neurospecific enolase in serum, levels of vascular endothelial growth factor</italic><italic> </italic><italic>in serum and levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor in serum during the neonatal period followed with assessment of mental development by the method of Zhurba in the control time. Revealed that additional predictors of adverse mental outcomes in preterm newborns with severe hypoxic brain injury under one year were the</italic> <italic>intrauterine growth hypotrophic of III level type, the high level of neurospecific enolase in serum and low level of vascular endothelial growth factor</italic><italic> </italic><italic>in serum in 1 month after delivery.</italic></p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><italic>Обследовано 164 </italic><italic>недоношенных </italic><italic>новорожденных </italic><italic>со среднетяжелым и тяжелым гипоксическим поражением центральной нервной системы, а также 25 </italic><italic>условно </italic><italic>здоровых детей контрольной группы. </italic><italic>П</italic><italic>роведен анализ клинических, лабораторно-диагностических данных, установлено </italic><italic>сывороточное содержание нейроспецифической енолазы, васкулоэндотелиального ростового фактора и нейротрофического фактора роста нервов головного мозга в неонатальном периоде </italic><italic>с последующей оценкой нервно-психического развития </italic><italic>по</italic><italic> методу Л.Т.</italic><italic> </italic><italic>Журб</italic><italic>а</italic><italic> в </italic><italic>скоректированные</italic><italic> сроки. </italic><italic>Выявлено</italic><italic>, </italic><italic>что дополнительными </italic><italic> </italic><italic>предикторами</italic><italic> неблагоприятного психоневрологического исхода у недоношенных новорожденных </italic><italic>с тяжелым гипоксическим поражением </italic><italic>центральной нервной системы до </italic><italic>1 </italic><italic>года являлись задержка внутриутробного развития </italic><italic>по гипотрофическому типу </italic><italic>III</italic><italic> степени</italic><italic>, высокая концентрация нейроспецифической енолазы и низкое содержание васкулоэндотелиального ростового фактора в сыворотке крови к 1 месяцу жизни. </italic><italic> </italic><italic/></p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>neonates</kwd><kwd>vascular endothelial growth factor</kwd><kwd>neurospecific enolase</kwd><kwd>brain-derived neurotrophic factor</kwd><kwd>hypoxic brain injury</kwd><kwd>mental development</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>новорожденные</kwd><kwd>васкулоэндотелиальный ростовой фактор</kwd><kwd>нейроспецифическая енолаза</kwd><kwd>нейротрофический фактор роста нервов головного мозга</kwd><kwd>гипоксическое поражение центральной нервной системы</kwd><kwd>нервно-психическое развитие</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>1.
