A virus contains of four viral particles and JMTV was firstly isolated from ticks in China.</p> <p><bold>Aims. </bold>Detection viral RNA specific for JMTV complex, sequencing genome fragments and taxonomy identification novel virus from JMTV complex in patients with Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever (CCHF) from southern European part of Russia.</p> <p><bold>Methods.</bold> Panel of 20 randomly selected sera from patients with confirmed Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever was collected in 2016 and was used for detection JMTV and CCHF viral RNA by PCR with experimental primers. Subsequent sequencing of isolated fragments of viral genomes was used for identification JMTV and CCHF virus genetic materials and phylogenetic analyses.</p> <p><bold>Results.</bold> The RNA of the CCHF virus and JMTV were detected in sera of four patients. Sequencing of the PCR fragments from S segment CCHF virus were identifying these isolates as members of Europa 1 clade. The nucleotide sequences of segment 2 (GP glycoprotein) of novel JMTV isolates clustered together by phylogenetic analysis. The level nucleotide identity for discovered JMTV isolates was only about 81−82% with comparison to the previously described European variants (Kosovo) of JMTV.</p> <p><bold>Conclusions. </bold>The results allow us to conclude that in CCHF patients the RNA of the CCHF virus and RNA of the novel multicomponent JMTV flavivirus were detected in serum.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Обоснование. </bold>Недавно был описан новый многокомпонентный РНК-содержащий вирус, получивший название Jingmen tick virus (JMTV), предположительно относящийся к флавивирусам. Вирус состоит из четырех вирусных частиц и был впервые выделен из клещей в Китае.</p> <p><bold>Цель исследования</bold> ― детекция генетического материала вируса JMTV, секвенирование и анализ фрагментов вирусного генома JMTV у пациентов с Крымской-Конго геморрагической лихорадкой (ККГЛ) на юге европейской части России.</p> <p><bold>Методы.</bold> Панель из 20 сывороток от пациентов с клинически и лабораторно подтвержденным диагнозом ККГЛ, собранных в 2016 г., была исследована на наличие генетического материала вирусов JMTV и ККГЛ. Детекцию проводили методом полимеразной цепной реакции с обратной транскрипцией с экспериментальными праймерами, последующим секвенированием выделенных фрагментов вирусных геномов и проведением филогенетического анализа.</p> <p><bold>Результаты. </bold>В сыворотках крови 4 пациентов было выявлено одновременное наличие РНК вируса ККГЛ и вируса JMTV. Секвенирование фрагмента S-сегмента позволило установить принадлежность РНК изолятов вируса ККГЛ к генетической линии Европа 1. Нуклеотидные последовательности сегмента 2 (гликопротеин) обнаруженных изолятов JMTV-вируса при проведении филогенетического анализа кластеризовались вместе.
