Features of interaction between trophoblast and immune cells of mother are described within physiological pregnancy and within pregnancy complicated by preeclampsia.</italic></p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><italic>В обзоре приведены современные данные об изменении морфофункциональных свойств трофобласта в течение беременности, влиянии цитокинов, продуцируемых клетками микроокружения, в </italic><italic>т.ч.</italic><italic> лейкоцитами матери, на функциональное состояние трофобласта, описаны особенности взаимодействия трофобласта с клетками иммунной системы матери при физиологической беременности и при беременности, осложненной преэклампсией.
