Currently, an alternative to the traditional method is the use of nerve conduits (conductors) for directed regeneration of axons. In this work, the results of the application of nerve conductors from various materials and with various biologically active components in preclinical and clinical studies, as well as conduits used in clinical practice, were analyzed. The efficiency of regeneration was compared, on the basis of the analysis the conductor most suitable for successful nerve regeneration was selected, including approaches for creating innervated tissue engineered constructs. In this work, we have collected research on nerve conductors from various materials with various prescribed properties using certain factors used to treat damage to the peripheral nervous system, showing all the advantages and disadvantages of their use, which makes it possible to develop and create a conduit that meets all the requirements of modern regenerative medicine.</p>
В данном обзоре обобщены исследования по нервным кондуитам из различных материалов с разнообразными заданными свойствами при помощи определенных факторов, используемых для лечения повреждений периферической нервной системы; показаны достоинства и недостатки их применения, что позволяет разработать и создать кондуит, отвечающий всем требованиям современной регенеративной медицины.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>peripheral nerve regeneration</kwd><kwd>nerve conduit</kwd><kwd>peripheral nerve damage</kwd><kwd>neuro-engineered construct</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>регенерация периферических нервов</kwd><kwd>нервный проводник</kwd><kwd>нервный кондуит</kwd><kwd>повреждения периферических нервов</kwd><kwd>нейроинженерная конструкция</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Минобрнауки РФ, соглашения о субсидии № 14.614.21.0001 (уникальный идентификатор RFMEFI61417X0001)</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Dornseifer U, Matiasek K, Fichter MA, et al.
