We consider these oncolytic viruses as promising agents for the treatment of human malignant glioma</italic>.</p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><italic>В настоящее время одним из перспективных подходов к разработке средств лечения опухолей человека является виротерапия, базирующаяся на способности онколитических вирусов селективно инфицировать и убивать опухолевые клетки. <bold>Целью </bold>настоящей работы являлся поиск и оценка перспективных онколитических вирусов, оказывающих избирательный литический эффект на клетки глиом человека. <bold>Пациенты и методы.</bold> Оригинальные клеточные культуры глиом GB2m, GА14m и GB22m, полученные от пациентов, были использованы для выявления онколитической активности некоторых типичных представителей ортопоксвирусов, аденовирусов и парвовирусов в экспериментах in vitro. <bold>Результаты.</bold> Обнаружена онколитическая активность in vitro штаммов ЛИВП и WR вируса осповакцины, а также аденовирусов Adel2 и Ad2del, представляющих собой делеционные варианты по гену Е1В55К аденовирусов человека 2-го и 5-го серотипов, соответственно, в отношении клеток злокачественных глиом человека. <bold>Выводы.</bold> Эти онколитические вирусы, по-видимому, могут быть использованы для создания перспективных препаратов для лечения глиом человека.</italic></p><p> </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>glioma cell</kwd><kwd>glioblastomas cell</kwd><kwd>oncolytic viruses</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>глиальные опухоли</kwd><kwd>глиобластомы</kwd><kwd>онколитические вирусы</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>1.
